I love to visit schools and speak to groups. I have been a camp counselor and writing teacher, come from a family of eight children, and am a mom and Girl Scout leader—I can handle just about anything!
Today I Met an Author! (Pre-K to Kindergarten) Fun program that includes a reading and related activities to ignite the fires of young authors. Wild About Books! (Grades 1 to 2) I am wild about animals. I will share behind-the-scenes stories from the Minnesota Zoo, read from my book, conduct an activity, and answer questions. Dream Come True! (Grades 3 to 6) I love being a writer and author. I'll share my publishing story, provide writing tools, and encourage children to pursue their dreams. |
